Today is Saturday!

Sungei Road/Kelantan Lane Flea Market

I was waiting for my girlfriend to have her hair cut. So I decide to walk down to Kelantan Lane to browse the flea market.
There are a lot of stalls.

I am astonished by the many old stuffs that are sold.
There are old records, tapes, record players, discmen, walkmen, PSOne games, Sega Megadrive console and cartridges, Game controllers, old mobile phones and even the latest ones too, old pictures of Singapore, banana notes (Japanese Notes during Japnese Occupation), impact drills, spanners, pots and pans, even digital cameras and laptop, old clothes, old army uniforms and boots, etc....
I was also quite surpised to see some old skool pornography peddlers! Where have the law gone to!?
Nevertheless, there are so many things to see!

This is indeed an eye-opening experience and little did I expect that the items we used to discard as junk, turned out to be sold here, in this rag-and-bones flea market.

Something for Edna Mode

I picked up this plush toy for my close colleague, Edna mode aka mini me, from Bugis Junction.
Edna mode has really been a close colleague and friend to me when I am at NUSTEP.
I really appreciate her relentless care and concern for me, though some times a little too much, but she meant well.
She deserves this fat, cuddly plush cat.
I would love to hang this from the celing and use it as a punching bag! Haha!

Gundam Seed Modelling Competition 2006

I don't think I am capable of entering this competition as yet. But I picked this up from OG Albert to have a look at it.
