These are definitely worth the 2nd visit at Botak Jones.

There wasn't any visible queue at around 8pm, but nonetheless, we were told beforehand that there will be a one-hour wait.
Damn Good Food is worth a Damn Good Wait!
Since we came all the way, might as well wait for it.
WHOOPASS CHEESE FRIES - ($8.50)
Ok, so we screwed up on the snack and made it a meal. BE HUNGRY, BE VERY HUNGRY. This… is a MONSTER.
Whoopass was ordered to be shared among the 3 of us. The portion is huge enough to eat it alone as a meal and a half. The Whoopass fries consists of their regular spicey fries, topped with chilli, mozarella loads of diced onion. Here chilli, we refer to a thick topping of minced beef fried in tomato and pepper sauce and garlic. To add fire to the taste, two Jalepeno peppers were stuffed among the chilli for those who love to 'fire it up'.
Huge, fat and juicy jalepeno wasn't as hot as I have perceived. But it sure got my salivary glands secreting already.
The chilli consists of diced tomatoes, minced beef, sliced jalepeno pepper, diced garlic and all is topped with fresh diced yellow onion.
The secret lies within the chilli. Plunging into the core of the mount, reveals the mozarella cheese coated fries swimming on the liquid portion of the chilli. The idea is to eat while its fresh and hot!
Look at the cheese! Its a whoopass good time!
CAJUN CHICKEN BURGER - ($6 burger only / $7 set)
Pronounced, ‘’kay-gin’’, this is a great burger! We skin and marinate
a tender chicken breast. We then char-grill it, turning it often to keep
it moist. When it’s almost there, we put on the mozzarella cheese.
Topped with our Cajun sauce, my-oh-my!
neXus's order. A thick succulent slab of marinated chicken breast grilled to the right texture retaining every moisture in it and topped with their Cajun sauce. It is served with 2 butter burger buns, decorated with onion, lettuce and tomato.
Did I forget to say cheese? Yes, cheese!
CAJUN CHICKEN PLATE - ($6.50 regular / $12 large)
If you think chicken breast is tough and dry well, YOU ARE
WRONG! When grilled carefully, they are very moist and tender.
I guess that’s why people order this item over and over again. If
one skinless marinated char-grilled breast laden with melted
mozzarella cheese and our own Cajun sauce isn’t enough,
order the large then!
My order is actually the same as neXUS's, except that I had substituted the buns for spicey fries and salad. Nothing much to brag about, simply 10/10!
SWANKY FRANKY - ($9)
There’s a good story about this, but I’ll spare you this time. This
is tasty, a GIANT beef hot dog is grilled wrapped in bacon and then
cheddar cheese is melted on top. Available only as a set meal.
SPiRiT's order was a huge giant beef frank wrapped around bacon and grilled right. The dog is then coated with melted cheddar, served between the buns decorated with lettuce and tomatoes and topped with tons of bawang (onion). Served on the side are the salad and a huge share of spicey fries, like they don't cost a thing. It is definitely too much for milady, but just nice for me for sure.
Check out the big fat juicy dog. I can still vividly imagine the 'momentary burst' where you sink your teeth through the slightly tough skin of the dog, 'pop' and you have already plunged into the tender softness of the dog.
Do not get the wrong idea. You can't swallow it in one. You still need to enjoy it with fork and knife. SPiRiT's first visit was definitely a Damn Good Food and a Damn Good time, BJ style. (botak jones, don't get the wrong idea, you prick!)
With a good S$30, the three of us went home with a huge smile on our faces and a satisfied belly.
