Nokia N73

I don't think that I've reported on the latest gadget in the house, Nokia N73.
It is one of the latest Nokia N series smartphone running on Symbian 60 (S60) operating system.
It has the basic 3G functionality of the N series, as well as indepth customization possibilities of S60.
It can be powered by a miniSD card for up to 2GB of storage.
With the launch of 4GB in the SD range, the price of 2GB cards have also dipped to very affordable prices.
I have gotten it one week after launch, at a very special promotion of $100 lower than recommended retail with contract.
Was made possible by MobileOne telco, offering the cheapest deal among the 3 giants then.
All in all, I am impressed by the specifications of this phone.
However, the fact that complexity = loss of some response time in OS is inevitable.
Nevertheless, I am not the one using it, it was a gift to my 'royal highness'.

I took some pictures of it. Please ignore the hairline crack on the screen area, as that is the 3rd party protective crystal cover (it served its purpose after all).

Ceramic white front housing.

Armed with a fierce 3.2MP digital camera with Carl Zeiss lens. Almost nothing can evade this shutter bug.

It is well equiped with its own flash light, ignited by ultra bright leds.
