I was just debating with nexus about Novena Square 2 being the Novena Velocity.
But apparantly, there is indeed a new mall/extension behind the old Novena Square (now called Novena Velocity after an extension along Novena Road) and this extension to the rear towards Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is Novena Square 2.
Apparantly, Novena Square 2 is a Seoul themed-mall with only a few shops opened at the moment and the top floor resides an NTUC Fairprice. Seems like NTUC is expanding fast, especially after the recent opening of NTUC Xtra hypermarket at AMK Mall.
