BiG Breakfast

Happy Holidays!
Today is actually a national holiday for Singapore.
So I had the luxury to wake up late, laze about and then fix myself and family, a heart-warming BiG Breakfast!

Pan-fried Chicken Frankfurter with herbs & spices and Honeyed Omelette served alongside mixed greens & fruits

They uttered no words, but revealed a comforting smile. They loved it, the plates were empty. Not everytime they get to taste my cooking, but it is these small little efforts that touch their hearts.

haha! yes its the herbs and spices. it wasn't so chao tah...
i accidentally set my cam to 'vivid' mode such that it looked more chao tah...
after i checked the images, the sausage is already in our bellies.... LOL

Ahhh.... so I see. Despite the chao tah looking frankfurters, it still looks real yummy on the whole.
