Look what I have had! Fish & Chips

I visited Fisherman's Wharf for dinner with AFBro. He had read online forum recommendations of the seafood fry-fry here and had wanted to try it for a long time. From my earlier visit, I have concluded that the S$6.90 Fish and Chips to be the most worthwhile deal! I've had fried salmon fillet and was not impressed by the very dry meat. However, for the fish and chips, the fish fillet is moist and fresh! There is definitely no nasty fishy taste, for the meat is tender and somewhat mildly sweet natural 'milky' taste! Though served with tartar sauce, there is no need for it since the fish is tasty on its own. But a wee bit of tartar will definitely enhance the taste! The huge chuncky fries are good and tasted very natural. Like it salty, help yourself to the table salt. Like it tangy or spicy, there are sauces for you to choose from. For the price of S$6.90, I don't really need to consider other Fish and Chips, and definitely not the pathetic LJS which I had!
