Fernando Tay Jia Kang,
One month old party!
Fernando is really one tan baby, I have not seen a Chinese baby who is so tan. I then look at Guan's family members, I presume it is hereditary and runs in the Tay bloodline, oddly except for Guan. Fernando has really cute and thick lips that like to pout! And he blows bubbles when he is sleeping. Heehee!
