Part I
This is the second time I have returned to Hong Kong this year.
Hong Kong is no longer a holiday venue, but a "go to town" for me, because I am already very familiar in getting around HK. Furthermore, visiting HK is really all shop and dining.
In this trip, I did not have to cram my luggage in very limited small spaces. Thanks to wife who gave me the chance to stay in this 5-star hotel.
Langham Place is not exactly a boutique hotel, but it is one of committed to luxury and contemporary Chinese art.
Everyday, the room service leaves a different note by the sink to give some really useful tips when travelling.
The entertainment system in the room is a combined into one which can be controlled with the multimedia keyboard.

Langham Place is connected to Langham Place shopping mall, one of the tallest shopping mall in Hong Kong.
Langham Place sits directly above Mongkok Station, makes getting around easy.
For this Christmas season, the theme is "Hello Kitty, Back in London".
First breakfast in HK, wanton and fish ball noodles.
Since I have never been to Wong Tai Sin, I decided to visit WTS during my free time.
Beside the temple is a building where 2-storey with main small shops filled with soothsayers.
Buy yourself a lucky charm from the shops outside the temple.
Wong Tai Sin temple is really not that crowded on normal days.

Decide to stop by Yee Shun Milk Company for double-boiled milk and a pseudo-Macau Pork Chop Bun.

Streets of an overhead street.
Having Braised Beef Innards is a must!
It is easy to find a stall selling it in Mongkok.
Hui Lau Shan mango dessert is a must try too.
Stephen's favourite haunt is mine too.
Visit Mido for some really nostalgic breakfast experience.
Butter Polo Bun and milk tea, together with Pork Chop with Ketchup on rice.
Visiting Apliu Street and the street market.
Must visit eateries in Central.
Another must-have local favourite in Central.
Lan Fong Yuen is at the junction of Lyndhurst Terrace.
Not only the locals love it, even Bryan Wong loves it too.
Lan Fong Yuen is famous for their Milk Tea sieved through stockings.
Another popular favourite is the Nissin noodles "Gong Zhai Mee".
